Sweatsaver liner is easily-removable for cleaning; wash gently by hand and air dry. This Helmet is available in two sizes: Medium fits 21.26 - 22.83 in (54cm-58cm) and Large fits 22.83 - 24.01 in (58cm-61cm). To determine proper size, measure with a soft tape measure or string.
Expect to wear for a couple of hours before the helmet is completely broken in.
